Well it looks like most people were wrong in the sex of Baby Carter. Turns out she surprised many of us! That's right, she! Dan and I are very excited but Dan's words were "Does this mean we have to have a pink nursery?" Not only did we find out that it's a girl, but it seems she has all of the vital body parts and they seem to be functioning well. Apparently she already likes to pose for the camera according to the ultrasound tech. I am a little earlier along than they previously thought but because she was so cooperative, they were able to get all the photos needed to make sure she is OK. Obviously no guarantees, but more than likely Baby Carter has no major problems thus far. It is really amazing how she is swallowing and moving...and her tiny little heart is pumping vigorously! Well now I have to find her a name! That will be the new task to add to the already lengthy list. As for mom and dad, we are both well. We spent some time looking for daycares today and found several good ones. Oh yeah and the new due date is July 9th, so Dan may get to enjoy the 4th baby free for one last time! All for now.
