Baby Girl is Causing Trouble!

Well this week was an adventure to say the least! Stomach bug on Tuesday and hospital visit on Thursday...yes hospital visit, but don't panic everyone's ok. Even Dad. I had some tightness in my belly all day yesterday and some of the girls at work thank goodness scared me into calling the doctor. My doc said "just to be safe meet me at the hospital". Ok panic time...hospital, why the hospital. Oh no Dan's in TN 8 hours away, I can't go to the hospital. I don't have a nursery, pediatrician, carseat, A NAME, no I CAN'T go to the hospital. But I did, Mom by my side cool and calm. And good thing because I was having contractions that started at about 7 minutes apart and moved to about 3 minutes apart--they call it pre-term labor. After 2 doses of terbutaline, 2 bags of fluid, and a wonderful hospital meal, the contractions stopped. I was on my way home around 12 am. Baby Girl was stable the whole time (and quite active). Bed rest today and hopefully back to work tomorrow! They think I was dehydrated from the stomach bug which can cause early labor. Bottom line, we are NOT having a baby this week (or next for that matter)! I will try to post some new photos soon.
