Whew I'm Glad That's Over

Last week was a doozy. While Dan was out of town I woke at 1 am to a thud and screaming bloody child in my bed. Anabelle hit either the headboard or nightstand while sleeping in my bed. After assessing my calm child; I realized it was worse than I though. She knocked her front teeth loose and bit through her lip

Wow kids bounce back fast. The next days she seems fine and is ready for ballet. 

No big deal except the dentist told us a month ago that after the first 2 insults to the teeth there wasn't much root left and they would probably fall out early. So she seemed to be doing well until Brooks kicked her in the teeth 2 days later on accident while playing on the bed.  Now the teeth really don't stand a chance. Right tooth is dangling and dentist says pull it if it's not out in 2 weeks. So looks like my princess is going to be snaggle tooth until about age 7. Maybe we can get some Easter pics before it falls out ;)

Friday...ahhhh..finally the weekend ... 3:30 call from school that Brooks is running a fever (what's new). 4:00 I am feeling queasy. 5pm pick up kids everyone is good but moody; Dinner... Not for me.. 7 PM stomach bug hits me oh yeah that's right I AM RUNNING A 10k TOMORROW!  Hydrate hydrate hydrate force a banana in.  up at 4:30 and over the bridge I go at 8am

We made it over!  Record time for me! I got home and Dan was out the door (oh yes turkey season is here). So here I am exhausted with two kids after a really long week. What should we do? Nap time for all...

Ahhhh now that I'm rested we are off for some fun.
